Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Dialy is a business tool intended for use by people aged 18 or over. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally permitted to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction.

2. Your Account

• •You must provide accurate information (name, email) when creating an account.
• •You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or created to circumvent trial limits, including duplicate accounts detected via device fingerprint or IP analysis.

3. Free Trial Credits

Dialy may offer free trial credits to new accounts. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for trial credits, to deny or reduce trial credits where we detect signs of abuse such as multiple accounts from the same device or network, and to flag accounts for manual review without prior notice.

4. Your Content and Recordings

You keep ownership of the recordings you upload and the transcripts and analysis generated from them. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service: to store your recordings, transmit them to the transcription and analysis providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and return the results to you.

You are responsible for having the right to upload each recording, including any notice or consent that recording the call required. You must not upload recordings you were not permitted to make. We may remove content and suspend accounts where we believe this term has been broken.

5. Payments and Credits

• •Credits are sold in packs and are consumed as you analyse calls. One credit covers one started minute of audio.
• •Payment is made by InstaPay or e-wallet transfer and confirmed manually against the receipt you send us. Credits are added to your balance once we confirm the payment, not at the moment you send it.
• •All payments are subject to the payment provider's own terms, processing times, and fees.
• •You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and that your account has sufficient funds.
• •Purchases of credit packs are final and non-refundable once credits have been added to your balance, except where a refund is required by law. If a payment is confirmed in error or credits are not delivered, contact us and we will correct it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• •Upload recordings you did not have the right to make or share
• •Attempt to circumvent trial-credit limits or fraud detection systems
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to Dialy's systems
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service, for example through automated scripts, bots, or excessive requests
• •Impersonate another person or provide false information during signup

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Dialy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code associated with Dialy, excluding user-submitted content, is owned by Dialy. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Transcription and AI analysis are automated and can be inaccurate; you should not rely on them as the sole basis for employment, disciplinary, or other consequential decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of credits, or payment processing issues caused by a third-party provider.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable. Unused credits are not refunded on termination for breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
